We ship to most serviceable countries worldwide. Availability depends on carrier coverage, trade restrictions, sanctions, safety conditions, and local import rules at the time of ordering.

Proro Rig currently accepts bank transfer and supported cryptocurrency payments displayed during checkout. Cash and cash on delivery are not available.

Choose a product, select the available purchase or hosting option, add it to the cart, enter accurate billing and shipping details, select payment, review the order, and submit it. A confirmation is then available by email and in My Account.

Return eligibility depends on the After-Sales Terms, product condition, authorization status, and mandatory consumer law. Do not ship hardware back without an approved repair or return reference. Mining profitability or normal performance variation alone is not automatically a defect.

Connect the miner to suitable power and Ethernet, locate its IP address using the Find My Miner tool or a network scanner, open the device dashboard, and enter your mining pool and wallet settings. Follow the model-specific manual in Support.

Some destinations may be temporarily unavailable because of armed conflict, sanctions, carrier suspension, or customs restrictions. Enter the destination in checkout or contact support for confirmation before payment.

Create the order and select bank transfer or cryptocurrency at checkout. Bank transfer instructions are linked to the order. Crypto payments use the unique address generated for that transaction.

Contact support immediately. Unpaid orders can usually be replaced with a corrected order. Paid orders can only be changed before allocation or dispatch and may require a revised price, shipping calculation, or written approval.

Eligible manufacturing defects and verified shipping damage are handled under the product warranty and After-Sales Terms. Inspection determines whether repair, replacement, or another remedy applies. Unauthorized modification, misuse, unsuitable power, and environmental damage may be excluded.

Basic setup is usually straightforward for users familiar with networking and electrical safety. Industrial ASIC miners still require correct voltage, ventilation or cooling, noise planning, network access, and safe installation.

The confirmed checkout or quotation states the shipping charges included in your order. Import duties, taxes, and customs treatment depend on the destination and written sales terms; no charge should be assumed included unless it appears in the confirmed order or quotation.

International bank transfers can take up to approximately six business days to clear, excluding official holidays and intermediary-bank delays. The order is confirmed after funds are received and matched.

Request cancellation before dispatch. Eligibility, deductions, and refund timing depend on payment status, product allocation, custom preparation, and the applicable refund terms.

The standard coverage target is up to 365 days unless the product page, manufacturer policy, quotation, or sales agreement states a different period. Check the Warranty portal using the device serial number.

Open Serial Support, enter the device serial number, and use the available warranty, maintenance, and repair tools. Include the order number, dashboard screenshots, kernel log, and a clear description of the issue when requested.

We use established international carriers and freight partners, including DHL and UPS where available. The final carrier depends on the destination, warehouse, shipment size, and customs route.

Use the order action to confirm that the transfer was sent and retain the bank receipt. If support requests proof, provide the receipt with the order number so the payment can be matched.

Wholesale purchasing starts at 10 units. Eligible quantities receive the pricing shown by the wholesale quotation system, plus coordinated fulfillment and commercial support.

Shipping responsibility is determined after technical review and authorization. For an approved covered defect or verified transit damage, the written service authorization explains the applicable shipping arrangement.

Use the Firmware Download page and select the exact supported model. Only install verified firmware intended for that hardware revision and confirm the checksum where provided.

Transit commonly takes about 3–10 business days after dispatch, depending on destination, customs clearance, carrier service, and shipment size. The estimated shipping date is shown on the product and order pages.

The order updates after the required blockchain confirmation is detected. Network congestion and transaction fees affect timing; many payments confirm within an hour, but this is not guaranteed.

Products that can be ordered are available for the active sales batch unless the product page states otherwise. Allocation is finalized after payment confirmation.

Provide the serial number, model, order number, dashboard screenshot, kernel log, pool status, network details, temperatures, power conditions, and a short video if requested. Hardware faults may require an authorized repair request.

Yes. Order status is available from My Account and the Track Order page. Carrier tracking is added when the shipment is dispatched.

Yes. You may use a compatible wallet or exchange that can send the exact requested asset and network. Coinbase is not required.

The product page states whether a PSU is included. Do not assume inclusion for every model; review the selected product configuration before checkout.

Orders join the current consolidated shipping batch. Use the live batch timer and Estimated Shipping date shown on the product page as the current dispatch estimate.

Store prices are displayed in US dollars. Your bank or wallet provider may convert from your local currency at its own rate and may charge conversion fees.

Yes. Order notices are sent to the billing email. Registered customers can also review orders in My Account, while guests can use Track Order with the order number and billing email.

Where a power supply is included, we prepare the compatible specification or cable option for the confirmed destination when available. Always verify the device input range and local electrical requirements before installation.

Use the expiry shown on the payment or quotation page. Crypto addresses and wholesale quotations may have transaction-specific validity periods because hardware and freight prices can change. Contact support if funds were sent after expiry.

Yes. ASIC hardware prices can change with manufacturer pricing, inventory, network economics, currency, and logistics costs. The current product page and confirmed quotation contain the applicable price.

We maintain current listed prices and show applicable order totals before payment. Shipping, duties, taxes, and special service charges are governed by the checkout calculation or written quotation.
