To ensure global compliance, combat financial fraud, and maintain secure transaction processing, all customers purchasing ASIC mining hardware from Proro Rig (via https://proto-rig.org/) must undergo customer due diligence, Know Your Customer (KYC), and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) verification checks prior to order fulfillment.
All identity records, corporate documentation, and financial verification data collected during KYC/AML processes are handled under strict confidentiality in compliance with international data privacy laws and our official Privacy Policy.
Information Collected for Verification:
- Individual Customers: Full legal name, date of birth, residential address, nationality, government-issued ID or Passport number, and contact details.
- Corporate & Legal Entities: Registered company name, corporate registration certificate, registered business address, tax identification number, ultimate beneficial owners (UBO) identity data, and authorized representative contact details.
2. Placing an Order & Confirmation
Before submitting an order, customers must carefully review product specifications, power requirements, hashboard configurations, and delivery schedules. Placing an order on https://proto-rig.org/ constitutes a binding offer to purchase hardware under these terms.
Upon submitting an order and completing payment, an automated digital receipt and preliminary Commercial Invoice will be issued to your registered email address. Final order confirmation is subject to identity verification approval and payment settlement.
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring shipping address details, postal codes, and consignee contact numbers are 100% accurate. Proro Rig assumes no liability for freight delays or rerouting costs caused by incorrect customer input.
3. Product Pricing & Locked Market Rates
All prices quoted on Proro Rig are denominated in United States Dollars (USD) unless explicitly stated otherwise. Payment may be settled only through the methods enabled and displayed at checkout: Bank Transfer & Bitcoin.
Locked Bitcoin Exchange Rate Policy:
The precise moment your payment transaction is confirmed on the blockchain or received by our merchant banking facility shall be deemed as your agreement and full acceptance of the exchange rate displayed on https://proto-rig.org/ at that exact second (the "Locked Market Rate").
Regardless of any subsequent market fluctuations in Cryptocurrency values or Foreign Exchange rates, your paid order will remain fixed under the original Locked Market Rate. No price adjustments, retroactive discounts, or cancellation requests will be accepted due to market volatility.
4. Import Duties, Taxes & Customs Clearance (DDP Support)
Unless explicitly indicated as "DDP / Tax Inclusive" on the product checkout page, prices listed on Proro Rig exclude local Value Added Tax (VAT), Goods and Services Tax (GST), import tariffs, or customs clearance duties levied by the destination country.
As the importer of record, customers must comply with all import regulations of the destination country. Proro Rig provides complete commercial shipping documentation, HS Tariff Codes (HS Code 8471.80), and declared values on all outbound packages to facilitate seamless customs processing.
If a customer refuses to pay mandatory local customs clearance fees or duties, resulting in package detention, return shipment, or customs seizure, all return freight charges, storage fees, and administrative penalties will be deducted from any potential settlement.
5. Delivery Logistics & 100% Transit Insurance
Orders are dispatched directly from our 8 global logistics centers (Hong Kong, Shenzhen, Dubai, Frankfurt, Texas, Singapore, Tokyo, Sydney) using premium air express carriers including DHL Express, FedEx International Priority, and UPS Worldwide Saver.
- In-Stock Hardware: Dispatched within 24 to 48 hours following payment and KYC clearance.
- Production Batch Pre-Orders: Dispatched according to the manufacturer's specified batch release schedule.
- Full Freight Transit Insurance: All shipments include 100% transit insurance against theft or physical damage during transit. In the rare event of transit damage, replacement components or whole units are dispatched immediately upon inspection verification.
6. Order Cancellations & Non-Refundable Batch Deposits
Due to the high-capital nature of ASIC mining hardware manufacturing, production allocation, and real-time market price volatility, all orders are final once payment is confirmed.
Requests for order cancellation, batch switching, or cash refunds will not be accepted once hardware units have been reserved or dispatched from the production factory. If Proro Rig is unable to fulfill an order due to force majeure or permanent stock unavailability, a 100% full refund will be issued promptly back to the original payment method without deduction.
7. Legal Compliance & Sanctions Policy
Customers warrant that they are not subject to economic sanctions administered by OFAC, the United Nations, the European Union, or Her Majesty’s Treasury, and that purchased hardware will not be used in prohibited jurisdictions or unauthorized military/weaponry applications.
This Order Policy shall be governed by international trade regulations and the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC).
