SERVICE POLICY

Proro Rig After-Sales Service Terms

Clear rules for warranty assessment, hardware maintenance, repair charges, shipping, and the return of ASIC mining equipment.

Effective date: July 16, 2026Applies worldwide
!
Please read these terms before submitting hardware for service.

By creating a repair request or sending equipment after receiving authorization, you confirm that you understand and accept these terms. Mandatory consumer rights in your country remain unaffected and take priority where the law requires.

01
FOUNDATION

Scope and Acceptance

These terms govern after-sales inspection, warranty handling, repair, replacement, and return services supplied by Proro Rig for eligible products purchased through our store or another sales channel that we have expressly verified.

A product-specific sales agreement, written quotation, or mandatory law may provide additional rights. If there is a conflict, the mandatory rule or specifically agreed written term prevails to the extent of that conflict.

No unauthorized shipment

Do not send hardware until a repair request has been reviewed and you have received a return destination and authorization reference.

02
KEY LANGUAGE

03
CASE CREATION

Requesting Service

Create a repair request before shipping. Provide accurate contact details, model, complete serial numbers, order information, fault symptoms, operating conditions, troubleshooting performed, device logs, and clear photographs when requested.

  • One case must correspond to the products and quantities listed in that request.
  • The serial label must be readable and must match the submitted case.
  • Support may request remote diagnostics before authorizing shipment.
  • Incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading information may delay or prevent service.
04
SAFE TRANSIT

Preparing and Shipping

After authorization, ship only to the service location stated in your case. The customer is responsible for outbound freight, insurance, customs documentation, duties, and risk in transit unless a written service instruction states otherwise.

Before Packing

Stop mining safely, remove pool and wallet credentials, back up required data, retain diagnostic logs, and photograph the unit and serial labels.

Protect the Hardware

Use anti-static and moisture-resistant protection, strong double-wall packaging, and sufficient cushioning on every side. Original packaging is recommended.

Identify the Case

Place the authorization reference on the shipping documents as instructed and enter the valid carrier tracking number in your case.

Do Not Include

Do not include cables, accessories, or unrelated hardware unless support specifically requests them. We are not responsible for unsolicited items.

Parcels may be refused if they have no valid authorization, arrive freight-collect, contain prohibited goods, or are unsafe, wet, severely damaged, or inadequately packaged.

05
ELIGIBLE COVERAGE

Warranty Service

Warranty service applies to verified manufacturing or material defects arising during normal use within the recorded warranty period. Eligibility is determined after serial verification and technical inspection.

  • The customer normally pays transportation to the designated service center.
  • Approved warranty work may include diagnosis, component repair, part replacement, or an equivalent replacement unit.
  • Repaired or replacement hardware keeps the remaining coverage of the original product unless a written confirmation provides a longer period.
  • Warranty eligibility is based on the date the case is created and the date the authorized service center receives the product.

07
SERVICE LIMITS

Exclusions

Free warranty service does not cover the following conditions. Some cases may qualify for paid service, while technically unsafe or uneconomical units may be returned without repair.

  • Missing, altered, duplicated, or unreadable serial numbers, barcodes, seals, or identification labels.
  • Unauthorized disassembly, component substitution, board mixing, soldering, repair, or hardware modification.
  • Unofficial firmware, overclocking, altered voltage or frequency settings, or third-party software that operates beyond rated limits.
  • Incorrect installation, electrical supply, grounding, wiring, network configuration, coolant, water quality, airflow, or operating environment.
  • Damage caused by impact, crushing, fire, liquid, moisture, corrosion, oxidation, dust blockage, pests, chemicals, surge, lightning, or natural events.
  • Transport damage, loss in transit, inadequate packaging, cosmetic wear, or damage that does not affect normal operation.
  • Failure caused by incompatible or unauthorized power supplies, cables, parts, accessories, cooling systems, or external equipment.
  • Deleted, falsified, incomplete, or unavailable operating logs that prevent a reliable diagnosis.
  • Products reported after end-of-service, counterfeit products, or hardware not accepted by our service network.
  • Normal degradation, consumable parts, expected performance variation, pool conditions, network conditions, or changes in mining profitability.
08
TECHNICAL DECISION

Diagnosis and Resolution

Proro Rig may perform reasonable disassembly, testing, firmware verification, component-level inspection, and burn-in procedures to identify the fault. Inspection findings determine whether service is covered, chargeable, unavailable, or uneconomical.

To restore function efficiently, we may repair the original unit, replace individual parts, exchange a board, or provide an equivalent replacement unit. Replaced defective parts are not returned unless required by law or agreed in writing before service.

Performance after component repair

A repaired board may show small variations in hashrate, temperature, power draw, or component appearance while remaining within the accepted functional specification.

09
COMMERCIAL TERMS

Fees, Storage and Return

Quotes may include diagnostic labor, parts, repair labor, replacement, packaging, storage, taxes, customs, and return freight. Estimates are based on the initial diagnosis and may be revised if hidden damage is discovered; no additional paid work will proceed without approval where approval is reasonably possible.

  • Payment must be completed using the method and deadline stated in the service notice.
  • Return shipment begins after cleared payment and completion of required customs information.
  • Storage charges may begin if you do not respond, pay, or provide return instructions within the stated deadline.
  • Hardware left unclaimed for 90 calendar days after our first collection or payment notice may be treated as abandoned, subject to applicable law.

We may recover reasonable unpaid service, storage, customs, disposal, and transportation costs before releasing the product.

10
RESPONSIBILITY

Data and Liability

Remove confidential information, pool credentials, wallet addresses, API keys, and personal data before shipment. Service can require resetting storage, replacing controllers, or installing approved firmware. We cannot guarantee preservation of device settings or data.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, responsibility for a proven loss or damage caused directly by our service is limited to the reasonable repair or replacement value of the affected product. We are not responsible for lost mining revenue, changes in coin value, pool rewards, business interruption, indirect loss, or loss caused by carriers, customs, inaccurate customer information, or events outside reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or customer remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

11
FINAL PROVISIONS

General Terms

We may use authorized service providers and logistics partners to complete a case. Service records may be retained for support, fraud prevention, quality control, regulatory, and accounting purposes in accordance with applicable privacy requirements.

If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. A delay in enforcing a right does not waive that right. The version accepted when the service case is created normally governs that case unless a mandatory legal rule requires otherwise.

These terms may be updated to reflect service operations, product changes, or legal requirements. The effective date at the top identifies the current version.
